Société d'architecture PECARD : qualité et développement maîtrisé

Créée en 2010, la société d’architecture PECARD ARCHITECTE, a un cadre juridique plus représentatif de l’esprit d’équipe qui nous anime depuis des années. Afin de répondre aux besoins de sa clientèle en terme qualitatif, en accord avec la politique locale de maîtrise de la construction, la SASU PECARD ARCHITECTE a volontairement décidé de limiter son effectif.

Avec 5 salariés permanents aux compétences complémentaires, elle ne prétend pas répondre à toutes les demandes, mais s’inscrit dans une démarche qualitative responsable de développement maitrisé.

Notre approche

Collaboration d'experts pour des projets de qualité

Dans certains cas, relativement exceptionnels, il peut être fait appel à une aide extérieure en sous-traitance. En complément de ses compétences propres, la société impose à ses clients le recours aux ingénieurs et techniciens spécialisés, quand cela est nécessaire. (Les études géotechniques, ainsi que les études de structure sont systématiquement imposées.)

Le travail en équipe est la base de l’organisation interne.de l’agence. A tous les stades, de la conception à la réalisation, l’échange est permanent entre les différents responsables de l’agence.
