About the company

PECARD architectural firm: quality and controlled development

Created in 2010, the architectural firm PECARD ARCHITECTE has a legal framework more representative of the team spirit that has driven us for years. SASU PECARD ARCHITECTE has voluntarily decided to limit its workforce in order to meet the needs of its customers in terms of quality, in line with the local policy of building control.

With 5 permanent employees with complementary skills, we don't claim to be able to meet every demand, but we are committed to a responsible approach to quality and controlled development.

Our approach

Expert collaboration for quality projects

In certain, relatively exceptional cases, external assistance may be subcontracted. In addition to its own skills, the company requires its customers to use specialist engineers and technicians whenever necessary. (Geotechnical and structural studies are systematically required).

Teamwork is the basis of the agency's internal organization. At every stage, from conception to completion, there is a constant exchange of ideas between the agency's different managers.
