Founded in 2010, the architectural firm PECARD ARCHITECTE, has a legal framework more representative of the team spirit that has driven it for years. In order to meet its customers' needs in terms of quality, in line with the local policy of building control, SAS PECARD ARCHITECTE has voluntarily decided to limit its workforce. In addition to its own skills, the company requires its customers to call on specialist engineers and technicians whenever necessary. (Geotechnical and structural studies are systematically required).

Registered Architect, graduated in 1975 from the “Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Beaux-Arts” in Paris, student of Othello ZAVARONI, one of the most famous teacher of the time, François PECARD, will carry out his military service in civil cooperation in Egypt, as an archaeologist architect of the CNRS, on the archaeological site of the temples of Amon, in KARNAK. He moved to St. Barth in 1978, on the occasion of a hotel project. François PECARD is a member of the CESCE.

Interior designer, construction manager, Dominique ROUTIER has acquired a long experience both in the design and realization of constructions in tropical environment. (Tahiti, Saint Martin and St. Barth.) His construction drawings are known and appreciated by engineers and contractors for their accuracy and the relevance of their details. Dominique ROUTIER is a partner of SAS PECARD ARCHITECTE.
