“NIKKI BEACH” CENTER

This project consisted in demolishing the remains of the restaurant “Le Pélican”, devastated by “cyclone Louis”. In addition to the construction of the restaurant, which is more open and larger, we have proposed adding a set of small shops open to the municipal road with generous outdoor spaces. The objective is to create a link between the commercial area of ​​the "Creole villa" and the hotels.
