Teamwork is the foundation of the agency's internal organization. At every stage, from design to completion, there is constant dialogue between the different members of the firm.
Founded in 2010, the architectural firm PECARD ARCHITECTE was given a legal structure better reflecting the team spirit that has driven it for years. In order to meet its clients' needs in terms of quality, in line with the local policy of controlled construction, SAS PECARD ARCHITECTE has deliberately chosen to limit the size of its team. In addition to its in-house skills, the firm requires its clients to engage specialized engineers and technicians whenever necessary. (Geotechnical and structural studies are systematically required.)
François Pécard
Architect · Founder
A registered architect who graduated in 1975 from the École Nationale Supérieure des Beaux-Arts in Paris, where he was a student of Othello ZAVARONI — one of the leading masters of the time — François PECARD carried out his military service in civil cooperation in Egypt, as an archaeologist-architect with the CNRS, on the archaeological site of the Temples of Amon at Karnak. He settled in St. Barth in 1978 for a hotel project. François PECARD is an advisor to the CESCE.
Dominique Routier
Interior Architect · Construction Manager
A graduated interior architect and construction manager, Dominique ROUTIER has developed extensive experience in both the design and execution of buildings in tropical environments (Tahiti, Saint Martin and St. Barth). His construction drawings are well known and appreciated by engineers and contractors for their precision and the relevance of their details. Dominique ROUTIER is a partner in SAS PECARD ARCHITECTE.
