We only collect the data you provide voluntarily through our contact form:

• Phone number (optional)
• Subject and content of your message

These data are used solely to respond to your request and to manage our commercial relationship. They are never used for marketing purposes and are never sold or shared with third parties.

The processing is based on your consent (Article 6.1.a of the GDPR) given when sending the contact form, and on the pre-contractual measures requested by you (Article 6.1.b of the GDPR).

Data submitted via the contact form is kept for a maximum of 3 years from our last interaction with you, in accordance with CNIL recommendations.

Only the team of SAS PECARD ARCHITECTE has access to this data. Form submissions are processed by Netlify (form hosting), our subcontractor based in the United States, with appropriate guarantees (Standard Contractual Clauses).

You have the right to access, rectify, delete, limit, and port your data, as well as the right to object to its processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at studio@pecardarchitecte.com.
