Project type (residential)
Access and topography were the two constraints of this achievement. Compliance with height rules (limited to 3m50) on very steep land was a major constraint. Level access for people with reduced mobility increases the difficulties. As a result of these constraints, this villa was designed on 3 staggered levels, with car access to the main level. The Livingroom can opened almost completely onto the view, thanks to large sliding windows. Sliding anticyclonic shutters also serve as sunshades in the afternoon. The integration of solar panels, allows the extra electricity.
