VILLA “NOLET”

This project consists of the extension of an existing traditional villa. The relatively small buildable area and the need to preserve the site's endemic vegetation forced us to choose the only location options. The existing villa has been maintained as it is. On the upper part of the land, two buildings connected by basement,  house the owner's suite and 2 guest bedrooms. The basement includes a garage for 2 cars and technical rooms. A VIP suite is located near the main house. The pool-terrace area has been completely redesigned.
