VILLA “VITTI”

This villa is located on a very narrow plot located between the road of Lurin and the beach of "Shell Beach" to which it has access. Only its upper part is buildable. Given the narrowness of the plot, the height of the buildings limited to 3m50, and the obligation to allow access to people with reduced mobility, the project was designed in 4 staggered levels connected by stairs and 2 lifts.
