“OLD ALMA” BUILDING

An emblematic building of Gustavia, this property comprises a high-quality historic section and a later, undistinguished extension. We redesigned the recent section in the style of the older one, drawing inspiration from its original state. The faithful restoration of the historic part will require a phase of demolition and archaeological excavations prior to rebuilding to current standards, with the ultimate aim of preserving the original character of the building.
