“SEGECO” BUILDING

Partly destroyed by Hurricane Irma, the SEGECO buildings were entirely rebuilt to current standards. The project is composed of two distinct parts. A two-storey building dedicated to the SEGECO company — shop on the ground floor, offices and an apartment on the upper level. The second, single-storey building is used for commercial purposes, with a storage area in the roof space. The guiding concept was to preserve the emblematic character of the project, which forms part of the urban landscape at the entrance to the port of Gustavia.
